With years of experience in the Hudson Valley, NY, before bringing his practice to Florida in November 2025, Dr. Mansour combines advanced clinical expertise with a patient-first philosophy that puts your goals at the center of every decision.
He is one of the only orthodontists in the St. Petersburg area who also offers therapeutic neuromodulator treatment for TMJ disorder and jaw pain — a unique dual expertise rooted in his specialist-level understanding of bite mechanics and jaw function.

Created by Diego Sanchez-Barillas, a 21-year-old artist and RIT graduate currently completing his MFA at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, the mural covers the outside of the building and took just three days to bring to life. Dolphins, sea creatures, the colors and energy of a coastal town that wears its art proudly on its walls — St. Pete is one of the most mural-rich cities in the country, and Dr. Mansour wanted SPOCS to be part of that tradition. Diego also designed the SPOCS logo, so the identity of this practice — from the sign on the door to the art on the wall — was shaped by the same talented hand. You’ll spot it the moment you pull up. And once you’re inside, you’ll find that the same care and intention behind that mural is in everything we do — because your smile deserves more than a great result.
