Each bracket features a low-profile design, smooth rounded tie wings, a compound contour base for accurate tooth-surface fit, and full rotational control. Made from 17-4 stainless steel using a metal injection molding (MIM) process — the same manufacturing standard used in aerospace and medical device manufacturing. Brackets are tied with soft elastic ligatures, giving Dr. Mansour precise control over force delivery throughout treatment. These are not self-ligating brackets — Dr. Mansour’s approach prioritizes hands-on clinical control over automated mechanisms.

A panoramic X-ray captures all of your teeth, both jaws, the temporomandibular joints (TMJ), sinuses, and surrounding bone in a single wide-field image. It reveals impacted teeth, bone health, root development, and structural conditions that standard bitewing X-rays cannot show. Dr. Mansour reviews the PANO alongside the CEPH at every new patient consultation to build a complete clinical picture before recommending treatment.Included at no charge at every new patient consultation.

For patients with complex jaw pain, TMJ disorder, or structural concerns, SPOCS offers CBCT imaging — a specialized 3D X-ray technology that provides a full volumetric reconstruction of the jaw joint, bone structure, condylar position, and airway. Unlike a standard 2D X-ray, CBCT lets Dr. Mansour see the jaw from every angle, identifying disc displacement, bone pathology, airway obstructions, and joint irregularities that might otherwise go undetected for years.CBCT: $250, applied in full toward treatment if the patient moves forward. SPOCS uses the iTero intraoral scanner — a compact handheld wand that captures a precise 3D digital image of your teeth and gums in real time. No trays. No putty. No gagging. No unpleasant aftertaste. Just a comfortable, non-invasive scan completed in 2–3 minutes.As your dental assistant scans, the 3D model of your teeth builds on screen in real time — you can watch your own dental anatomy take shape before your eyes. Once complete, the digital image is sent electronically to the lab. For Invisalign® cases, it is available in the ClinCheck treatment planning system the next day.The scan is performed by SPOCS dental assistant using a single-use disposable shield for every patient.

For patients experiencing jaw pain, TMJ disorder, or chronic facial muscle tension, SPOCS offers a medically guided neuromodulator therapy program. Dr. Mansour’s orthodontic background — with deep expertise in bite mechanics, jaw anatomy, and muscle function — positions him uniquely to administer therapeutic neuromodulator injections with clinical precision that a cosmetic provider cannot replicate.
SPOCS offers three FDA-approved botulinum toxin products: Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. Dr. Mansour selects the appropriate option for each patient based on their anatomy and treatment goals. All three products are used off-label for TMJ — a widely practiced, clinically documented standard of care in orofacial pain medicine.
