The financially responsible party remains responsible for the full contracted treatment amount regardless of insurance payment or denial. You can submit this package directly to your medical insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. While reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your individual plan, many patients find that their insurance covers a portion of the cost — particularly for chronic migraine treatment.
